Learn how to use the Admin Cockpit web dashboard for group moderation and incident management.
Accessing the Admin Cockpit
To open the Admin Cockpit:
- Ensure the bot is added to your group and promoted to admin
- In your group chat, send
/groupadmin - Click the "Open Admin Cockpit" button in the bot's reply
- The web dashboard will open in your Telegram miniapp viewer
Dashboard Overview
The Admin Cockpit provides:
- Incident Log: Chronological list of moderation events
- Analytics: Conversation patterns and tension trends
- User Management: Warning history and user stats
- Configuration: Bot behavior and policy settings

Incident Logging
Every moderation action is logged automatically:
- Timestamp and triggering message
- User involved and admin who took action
- Action type (warning, timeout, ban, etc.)
- Bot analysis and recommendations
Logs are retained for 90 days by default. Upgrade to Pro for extended retention.
Configuration Options
Customize bot behavior from the Settings panel:
- Response Style: Formal, casual, or technical tone
- Trigger Sensitivity: How aggressive auto-detection should be
- Rate Limits: Max actions per user per time period
- Safety Filters: Banned words, pattern matching
- Custom Knowledge: Inject group-specific context
Best Practices
- Review incident logs weekly to spot patterns
- Adjust sensitivity based on group size and activity
- Use custom knowledge to teach the bot your group's norms
- Export logs before making major config changes
- Share cockpit access with trusted co-admins only
Troubleshooting
If the cockpit won't load:
- Verify the bot has admin permissions in the group
- Check your Telegram version (miniapps require recent versions)
- Try
/groupadminagain from the group (not DMs) - Contact [email protected] if issues persist
