Group Admin Mode:

  • Admin user IDs (for access control)
  • Configuration settings

How We Use Your Data

  • Service Delivery: Generate responses, maintain thread continuity
  • Analytics: Improve bot performance (aggregated, anonymized)
  • Incident Tracking: Log moderation actions for group admins
  • Support: Troubleshoot issues when you contact us

Data Retention

  • Free tier: Conversation context retained for 24 hours
  • Pro tier: Extended history (configurable)
  • Admin logs: 90 days by default (configurable up to 1 year)
  • After account deletion: All personal data removed within 30 days

Data Security

  • All data encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3)
  • Encrypted storage at rest (AES-256)
  • Access controls and authentication on all endpoints
  • Regular security audits and penetration testing

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Telegram Bot API: For bot functionality (Telegram's privacy policy applies)
  • Cloud hosting: Data stored on secure cloud infrastructure
  • AI providers: For response generation (data anonymized before processing)

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
