2. Description of Service

TheResolverBot is a Telegram moderation platform that provides AI-assisted response generation, conversation analysis, and group moderation tools. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the bot legally and ethically
  • Not use it for harassment, abuse, or illegal activities
  • Review bot suggestions before using them—you're responsible for what you send
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the service
  • Respect rate limits and usage policies

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use TheResolverBot to:

  • Generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content
  • Spam or flood the service
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • Violate Telegram's Terms of Service
  • Circumvent security measures or access controls

5. Telegram Stars Payments

Free usage includes one Stabilize action per day in personal DM mode. Paid plans are purchased with Telegram Stars through @TheResolverBot. Resolves are added only after successful payment.

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

  • Violate these terms
  • Engage in abusive behavior
  • Fail to complete required Telegram Stars payments for paid features
  • Use the service in a way that harms others or our infrastructure

You can stop using paid features anytime. Any active access remains available according to the Telegram Stars plan that was successfully purchased.

7. Intellectual Property

TheResolverBot and its underlying technology are owned by us. You retain ownership of content you provide to the bot. By using the service, you grant us a license to process your content solely to provide the service.

8. Disclaimers

  • No guarantees: We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy, or specific results
  • AI limitations: Bot suggestions may be incorrect or inappropriate—always review before using
  • Not legal/medical advice: The bot is not a substitute for professional advice
  • Third-party services: We're not responsible for Telegram or other third-party issues

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the bot and website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law
